Altria is seeking a Senior Manager, Identity & Privileged Access Governance in Richmond, VA with a hybrid schedule. The role focuses on policy, standards, and control frameworks for identity and access governance, coordinating with multiple security, risk, and audit teams to improve risk reduction.

You will drive a governance transformation, automation, and continuous monitoring, leading a team of professionals to deliver measurable improvements for enterprise security across human and non-human

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience; Master’s degree preferred.
• 10+ years of dynamic experience in cybersecurity, IAM/PAM governance within a large enterprise.
• 5+ years of leadership experience managing teams or enterprise programs.
• Deep knowledge of IAM/PAM governance practices and identity lifecycle management.
• Working knowledge of IAM technologies and ability to influence engineering teams.

Responsabilidades

• Set enterprise IAM/PAM governance strategy and multi-year roadmap.
• Establish clear control ownership and least privilege across teams.
• Lead governance for identity lifecycle and privileged access.
• Advise on privileged-account governance and credential protection.
• Drive audit readiness, control assurance, and remediation progress.
• Modernize identity controls through automation and monitoring.
• Expand governance for non-human identities and service accounts.
• Develop governance talent and align senior leaders across functions.
