You’ll partner with CGO and Commercial Product Platform teams, translating goals into actionable digital initiatives and roadmaps. You’ll lead cross‑functional efforts, drive innovation, and measure the value of digital investments while aligning with enterprise architecture and

Qualifications

• 10+ years in business technology strategy, delivery, and partner engagement.
• Experience supporting enterprise-wide digital transformation initiatives and delivering measurable business value.
• Strong customer-service orientation with outstanding communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to map business strategy to digital capabilities and build trusted senior-leader relationships.
• Experience in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with a test-and-learn mindset.
• Knowledge of PMP/ITIL/Six Sigma/TOGAF is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as trusted advisor to senior partners, crafting business technology strategy and outcomes.
• Translate strategic goals into actionable digital initiatives and roadmaps.
• Own governance with architecture, data, and operations to ensure reuse and standardization.
• Identify and mature early-stage ideas into viable technology opportunities.
• Lead technology roadmaps aligned with enterprise priorities and business value.
• Quantify and present value of digital investments, including cost savings and risk mitigation.
• Foster innovation through design thinking and emerging tech like AI/ML, IoT, and digital twins.
• Represent functions in governance forums and collaborate across teams.
