Job summary

Paychex is reimagining how businesses manage their workforce with payroll, HR, benefits, and advisory services in a single connected HCM platform. This Mid-Market Sales role partners with growing businesses to strengthen their people operations and scale with confidence, in a consultative, relationship-driven environment.

You’ll drive new logos, sell Paychex Flex and HR services, and own a high-velocity sales process with 1–2 call closes.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of professional sales experience (HCM experience preferred).
• 2+ years in B2B Sales/Marketing.
• 2 years in Human Capital Management (HCM) industry.
• CRM software experience.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Drive new business by prospecting and winning new logos within assigned territory.
• Sell Paychex Flex and advanced HR services.
• Execute outbound activity to build a pipeline.
