Job summary

Regions Bank is seeking a Senior Small Business Relationship Banker to meet with customers and prospects, focus on small business clients up to $5MM in revenue, and deepen relationships through loans, deposits, and merchant services. You will educate customers on Regions products and digital tools and work with a branch team to achieve targets.

The role requires handling cash, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to work Saturdays. NMLS registration is required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Two years banking, sales, and/or customer service experience suggested.
• Ability to handle cash and process transactions; strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Meet with customers and prospects to assess financial needs and offer Regions solutions.
• Proactively identify opportunities with small business customers up to $5MM revenue.
• Develop relationships as primary manager for a portfolio of small business clients.
• Educate customers on Regions’ loan and deposit products and digital tools.
• Assist customers with digital banking and technology, including mobile and online options.
• Deliver a consistent customer experience and resolve issues promptly.
