Responsibilities

• Achieves individual and branch targets by identifying customer needs for Regions’ solutions focused on small business.
• Conducts outbound calls to expand relationships and acquire new small business customers.
• Serves as primary relationship manager for a portfolio of small business clients.
• Educates customers on Regions’ consumer and business products, including loans and deposits.
• Advises on digital banking tools and provides excellent customer experiences.
• Owns issue resolution and refers complex goals to specialists when needed.
