U.S. Bank in Minnesota is seeking a Small Business Relationship Banker to serve as the primary partner for assigned branches, delivering comprehensive financial solutions to small businesses with annual revenues between $500K and $2.5 million.

This role emphasizes proactive outreach, structured discovery, and relationship-building across multiple branches. The position requires on-site work five days a week and may involve 2–10+ hours of driving weekly.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, finance, or equivalent experience.
• Three+ years of customer service, consultative sales, networking, prospecting, and/or small-business banking experience.
• NMLS/S.A.F.E. Act registrations and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service as the Small Business Banking partner for assigned branches.
• Develop and deepen client relationships through proactive outreach and consultative selling.
• Translate financial information and client goals into practical banking solutions for small businesses.
