Job summary

Aon is seeking an Account Executive/Broker for its Small and Medium Enterprise segment in the United States. You will engage with existing clients and prospects to ensure appropriate coverage and recommend additional solutions where warranted.

This role emphasizes client-focused, technology-driven service in a fast-paced environment, with opportunities to influence strategic direction and participate in ongoing training and development.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid Property and Casualty license.
• Experience in broking and placing all lines of P&C coverage for commercial clients.
• Ability to advise, recommend and explain P&C products to meet client needs.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite; Salesforce experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming tasks for your assigned book of business.
• Provide high-quality customer interactions as you acclimate to and grow your book of business.
• Present additional products to existing customers.
• Collaborate with partners and client service teams to coordinate sales and retention strategies.
• Aim to meet and exceed revenue targets through renewals, cross-sell/up-sell, and new business.
• Engage in daily training and professional development opportunities.
