Responsibilities

• Organize brokers and employer groups into relationship ecosystems and drive renewal strategy.
• Lead renewal presentations with brokers and internal teams, articulating value and differentiators.
• Act as internal SME on assigned relationships, communicating market feedback and competitive threats to leadership.
