Citizens Bank is seeking a motivated and experienced Relationship Manager to develop relationships with small business clients in Wexford, PA. In this role, you will help clients achieve their financial goals while working collaboratively with peers across banking, lending, and investing.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree and at least 2 years in a business banking role. The position offers a strong incentives program and a full-time schedule of 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

Qualificações

• 2+ years in a Business Banking Relationship Manager role or related business lending experience preferred.
• Motivated self-starter with demonstrated leadership ability and potential.
• Ability to succeed in a fast-paced, demanding sales culture.

Responsabilidades

• Develop consultative relationships with small business clients.
• Manage a portfolio of existing customers and drive new commercial customer relationships.
• Complete Business Banking University and training programs.
