Qualifications

• Motivated self-starter with leadership potential and teamwork.
• Ability to generate new loan and deposit growth and cross-sell products.

Responsibilities

• Develop consultative relationships with small business clients in target market (revenues $1M–$10M).
• Understand client needs, provide value-added solutions, and manage a portfolio of existing customers.
• Partner with business banking team to enhance customer experience, loyalty, and profitability.
• Complete Business Banking University and credit training to assess and mitigate lending risk.
• Engage Centers of Influence to expand the client base and participate in community activities.
