Qualifications

• Has proven success in consultative sales in financial services and/or B2B sales.
• Can interpret financial statements and cash flow to advise clients.
• Proven ability to prospect and build new client relationships.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Experience with CRM and banking systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end client journey to drive sales and mitigate risk.
• Refer small business opportunities to clients and conduct relationship reviews.
• Deliver branded customer experience by collaborating with field teams.
• Build relationships with partners to grow small business opportunities.
• Analyze client financials to advise on solutions and cash flow.
• Support sales delivery to grow the bank's Small Business segment.
• Mentor and coach associates and clients with a client-centric approach.
