Job summary

Bank of America is seeking a results-oriented small business sales professional to provide comprehensive financial solutions to clients with up to $20 million in annual revenue. You will nurture relationships, identify new opportunities, and support growth in profitability for the small business client base.

Qualifications

• Experience in consultative sales in financial services or B2B sales.
• Ability to interpret financial statements and extract levers to improve client outcomes.
• Passion for outside sales and prospecting.
• Desire to grow existing relationships and exceed sales goals.
• Ability to analyze client financials and industry trends.
• Strong communication skills and leadership ability.
• Experience collaborating with bank teams to solve client issues.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end client journey to deliver needs and drive sales while mitigating risk.
• Identify and refer small business opportunities and conduct relationship reviews.
• Deliver a branded customer experience with field field presence at least 80% of the time.
• Foster relationships with partners to increase opportunities.
• Advise clients on solutions and digital capabilities to meet business goals.
• Support sales delivery model to achieve growth targets in Small Business segment.
• Coach and develop colleagues while maintaining client- and employee-centric culture.
