Qualifications

• Has proven success in consultative sales in financial services and/or business-to-business sales.
• Demonstrated success interpreting financial statements and recommending levers for growth.
• Outside sales driven and results oriented.
• Able to analyze client financials and industry trends.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Experience partnering with bank teams to solve client issues.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end client journey and drive sales opportunities while mitigating risk.
• Refer specialized small business opportunities to clients and conduct relationship reviews.
• Deliver a branded customer experience within sales portfolios; be in the field at least 80% of the time.
• Foster relationships with partners to expand small business opportunities.
• Leverage credit knowledge to advise on solutions and digital capabilities.
• Support execution of the sales delivery model to grow the Small Business segment.
• Coach and deliver feedback to associates and clients in a client-centric culture.
