Qualifications

• Has proven success in consultative sales in financial services and/or business-to-business sales.
• Demonstrated ability to interpret financial statements and advise on levers to improve outcomes.
• Outside sales focus with a drive for prospecting and relationship growth.
• Strong ability to analyze client financials and market trends.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Experience partnering with cross-functional bank teams to deliver client solutions.

Responsibilities

• Manages end-to-end client journey to deliver needs and drive sales opportunities while mitigating risk.
• Identifies and refers small business opportunities and solutions to clients.
• Delivers a branded customer experience within sales portfolios by spending a major portion in the field.
• Fosters relationships with partners to increase small business opportunities.
• Leverages credit knowledge to advise on solutions and digital capabilities for client goals.
• Supports execution of sales delivery model to grow the bank's Small Business segment.
• Coaches and provides feedback to associates and clients in a client-centric culture.
