Job summary

You will visit businesses, make outbound calls, and may conduct community seminars to expand the bank’s footprint and support portfolio growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 4–6 years of experience as a Business Banker.
• Proven ability to meet sales goals incl. credit products and referrals.
• Proactive sourcing, acquiring, building and maintaining client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Grow and deepen relationships with small business clients (up to $2M revenue).
• Present product and service solutions to meet client needs.
• Travel to visit businesses and conduct outreach and seminars as needed.
• Coordinate with internal partners to meet client financial goals and needs.
