Job summary

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of progressive experience in communications or related discipline.
• Experience supporting leaders with executive messaging, employee updates, event communications, talking points, presentations, FAQs.
• Ability to translate business strategy into clear, audience-focused communications.
• Experience in a regulated manufacturing, pharmaceutical, medical device, or life sciences environment.
• Hands-on experience managing communications across multiple channels (SharePoint, intranet, newsletters, digital signage, town halls, events).

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a future-ready communications strategy for the site, with support from leadership.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver a calendar of communications and engagement activities.
• Support the Site Head and Leadership Team with clear stakeholder communications aligned to business strategy.
• Partner with HR on employee communications and activities to foster a great people experience.
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal stakeholders.
• Provide ad hoc change communications advice to the business.
• Develop effective channels for information sharing and two-way conversations.
• Track and measure the effectiveness of communications and engagement plans.
• Coach and develop communications skills of key internal stakeholders.
• Act as a point of contact for the wider Operations Communications team on media engagement and crisis management.
