Job summary

The role partners with HR, employee groups, and cross-functional teams to deliver impactful messaging, channel-rich programs, and measurable engagement across the site.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of progressive experience in communications or related field.
• Experience translating business strategy into audience-focused messages.
• Experience supporting leaders with executive messaging and updates.
• Experience in regulated manufacturing/pharma life sciences environments.
• Experience across multiple channels: SharePoint, intranets, newsletters, town halls.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a future-ready site communications strategy.
• Deliver a calendar of communications and engagement activities.
• Support Site Head and Leadership Team with stakeholder communications.
• Collaborate with HR on employee communications and activities.
• Build relationships with internal stakeholders and partners.
• Provide ad hoc change communications advice.
• Develop effective communication channels for two-way conversations.
• Track and measure the impact of plans.
• Coach internal stakeholders in communications skills.
• Act as a point of contact for media engagement and crisis management.
