Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelors or higher degree required, health care or scientific field preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years in clinical research with leadership and strategy experience.
• Global pharmaceutical/biotech knowledge and understanding of drug development processes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 10–20% for on-site partner engagements.

Responsibilities

• Develop site-specific engagement strategy for assigned sites.
• Build and manage relationships with investigative sites through a high-touch service approach.
• Proactively anticipate site needs and drive timely mitigations.
• Resolve complex operational issues and drive trial efficiencies across studies.
• Align AbbVie and site operations to ensure productive collaborations and program success.
• Monitor site performance metrics and provide strategic resource planning input.
