Job summary

You’ll shape a sustained calendar of engagement activities, support executive messaging, and coach stakeholders across channels to foster a connected workplace.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in communications or related disciplines translating strategy into audience-focused messaging.
• Bachelor’s degree in communications or related field; equivalent experience considered.
• Experience supporting executives and cross-functional stakeholders with messaging and updates.

Responsibilities

• Support leaders with executive messaging and employee updates.
• Develop content calendars, message plans, and campaign timelines.
• Manage communications across channels (SharePoint, newsletters, intranet, events).
• Collaborate with HR on engagement surveys and town halls.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure brand-aligned communications.
