Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in communications, employee engagement, change management, project or program management, business operations, or a related discipline.

Responsabilités

• Provide embedded communications support for Customer Operations and the Austin site.
• Develop and execute communications plans for programs, milestones, and initiatives.
• Translate complex topics into clear, audience-centered communications.
• Build relationships with project teams and subject-matter experts.
• Manage communications for operational initiatives and time-sensitive developments.
• Lead site-wide employee communications and engagement campaigns.
• Collaborate with Corporate & Commercial Communications and Austin leaders.
