Job summary

AbbVie seeks a Strategic Site Partner to lead site engagement and partnerships across investigative sites. You will drive operational excellence and strategic alignment to accelerate clinical trials while maintaining strong relationships with site leadership and AbbVie stakeholders.

The role emphasizes relationship management, cross-functional collaboration, and travel to partner sites to optimize performance and study planning.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or higher in health care or scientific field.
Minimum of 10 years applicable work experience in clinical research and leadership.
Broad understanding of global pharma/biotech industries with drug development know-how.
Strong communication, cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

Develop the site-specific engagement strategy for assigned sites.
Build and manage relationships with investigative sites with a white-glove service approach.
Proactively identify site needs and drive timely mitigations.
Drive operational efficiencies and accelerate trial delivery across studies.
Align AbbVie and site operations to ensure effective clinical trial conduct.
Provide cross-functional communication to represent investigative sites internally.
