Job summary

La Roche University seeks a dedicated Coordinator of International Student Services to support the university’s international student population.

You will serve as a DSO, assist with immigration requirements, orientation, and campus engagement while maintaining SEVIS records and advising on CPT/OPT processes. This role reports to the Vice President for Global Education and requires a strong commitment to diversity and student success.

Qualifications

• Experience working with international students or in higher education.
• Strong understanding of immigration regulations and SEVIS requirements.
• Excellent communication and intercultural collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain accurate records.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary point of contact for international students on procedures and resources.
• Coordinate arrival, orientation, and ongoing transition activities.
• Maintain accurate SEVIS records and advise on I-20 issuance.
• Support CPT/OPT/STEM OPT processes and travel requirements.
• Collaborate with campus offices to support student success and retention.
• Provide training and guidance to staff on global education processes.
