Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of partner experience including strategic alliances, sales, and marketing in technology.
• 5+ years channel sales or channel program management with accountability for revenue targets.
• Proven track record with Snowflake's System Integrators.
• Ability to manage global and regional business plans and track partner progress.
• Strong executive presence and polished communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic GTM with longtail partners.
• Grow partner practices and certify enablement plans.
• Manage 360-degree partner relationships end-to-end.
• Collaborate with product, sales, marketing and services for a seamless partner experience.
• Lead co-marketing initiatives and deal support.
• Monitor partner performance and adapt strategies.
