Job summary

Johnson Controls is seeking a Senior Account Executive to drive high-impact, complex SI opportunities across Central and North Florida. You will build trusted relationships with C-level leaders, shape executive narratives, and orchestrate cross-functional pursuit teams to deliver performance contracts, design-build modernization, and O&M solutions.

You will manage a healthy pipeline, lead deal strategy, and leverage OpenBlue and M&V concepts to deliver recurring value, while meeting bookings,

Qualifications

• 7–10+ years in complex solution selling (infrastructure, energy services, DG/microgrid, performance contracting, or large capital projects).
• Demonstrated success selling to C-level stakeholders with multi-million-dollar bookings and margin attainment.
• Experience leading cross-functional support/delivery teams.
• Territory travel across Central and North Florida (up to 50%).

Responsibilities

• Lead executive relationships with C-level stakeholders to uncover drivers and transform them into roadmaps.
• Source and progress a healthy pipeline across priority verticals; manage bookings, margin, and cash targets.
• Lead deal strategy, pricing, risk governance, and approvals; forecast bookings and revenue.
• Utilize Salesforce CRM to manage pipeline, document progress, and maintain data integrity.
• Convene and lead pursuit teams, align engineering and delivery with customer outcomes.
