• Schedule shipping routings and maintain routing/timeline requirements.
• Stay on top of emails and respond promptly to keep communications clear.
• Coordinate labeling for off-price market orders.
• Plan and prioritize orders—past-due and upcoming—and process group orders.
• Follow up on delayed transfers or purchase orders; expedite inventory when required.
• Run metrics and compile performance reports for visibility and action.
• Track and resolve missed shipments.
• Comply with all organizational policies, rules, and regulations.
