Colson-Group-Holdings-LLC is seeking an outbound logistics coordinator for our Distribution Center in Phoenix, AZ. You will manage shipping and receiving, prioritizing orders and guiding the day’s workflow with RF scanners and the ERP/WMS system.

The role requires forklift operation, attention to detail, and accurate documentation of inventory and conditions of inbound goods. A high school diploma and the ability to work under time pressure are essential.

Competenze

• Must have at least 1 year in a warehouse or distribution center environment.
• Hands-on experience with RF scanners.
• Comfort with ERP and WMS systems; Epicor 10 knowledge is a plus.

Mansioni

• Prepare and ship customer and storefront orders: pick items from designated locations, verify accuracy, and package securely for transit.
• Receive inbound shipments: check paperwork, inspect goods for damage, and record discrepancies or damages.
• Review shipping/receiving schedules to maintain steady workflows.
• Use RF scanners with ERP/WMS to confirm stock levels and keep inventory accurate.
• Perform basic quality checks before packing to ensure items meet standards.
