Colson Group Retail is seeking a detail-oriented logistics professional to manage outbound shipments, pick-ticket planning, and routing. You will coordinate labeling, plan orders, and expedite transfers to ensure on-time delivery across North America.

Proficiency with Excel, Word, Outlook and ERP systems is required. Ideal candidates have 3+ years in warehouse or distribution operations, strong communication skills, and a team-first mindset.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in warehouse, distribution, or manufacturing operations required.
• Experience using ERP/MRP systems is a plus.

• Print and assign pick tickets daily to maintain workflow.
• Schedule and route shipments; monitor routing and timelines.
• Coordinate labeling for orders and manage overdue/pending shipments.
• Run and report metrics to drive visibility and action.

• Are you methodical enough to plan past-due and upcoming orders, yet agile enough to pivot when a purchase order is delayed?
• Do you enjoy turning metrics into insights and missed shipments into lessons learned?
• Can you communicate clearly via email while keeping routing and timelines on track?

What You’ll Tackle

• Print and assign pick tickets each day to keep work flowing.
• Schedule/request shipping routings and maintain routing/timeline requirements.
• Stay on top of emails and respond promptly.
• Coordinate labeling for off-price market orders.
• Plan and prioritize orders—past-due and upcoming—plus process group orders.
• Follow up on delayed transfers or purchase orders; expedite inventory when required.
• Run metrics and compile performance reports for visibility and action.
• Track and resolve missed shipments.
• Comply with all organizational policies, rules, and regulations.
• Support additional related duties as assigned.

What You Bring to the Table

• At least 3 years in warehouse, distribution, or manufacturing operations.
• Comfort using Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook; Epicor experience is advantageous.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Leadership presence with practical problem-solving skills; team-first mindset.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple priorities under pressure.
• Forklift certification or willingness to obtain it.
• High school diploma minimum.
