Job summary

Colson Group USA in Phoenix is seeking an Outbound Coordinator to own the planning of outbound operations, sequencing orders, and ensuring on-time shipments from the DC.

You’ll use Excel, Word, Outlook, and Epicor ERP to compile records, monitor progress, and support packing, receiving, and replenishment activities. A high school diploma is required; forklift certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in warehouse, distribution, or manufacturing operations.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Clear and efficient communication with strong teamwork.
• Experience with ERP systems preferred (Epicor).
• Forklift certification or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate outbound shipments from the DC.
• Schedule assembly orders and monitor progress to meet deadlines.
• Print and prioritize pick tickets; manage inbox for updates.
• Coordinate with inbound visibility and stocking activities.
• Prepare and share operational metrics and reports.
• Escalate late transfers and past-due orders with priority.
