Job summary

The New York Racing Association seeks a Shipping and Receiving Coordinator to support procurement cycles, shipping, receiving, and policy adherence across NYRA locations, including the Garden City area.

You will perform routine receiving/shipping activities, data entry, Ariba PO matching, and collaborate with operations to ensure accurate item flow; travel 25–35% to Garden City site. This is a regular full-time, on-site role with a non-exempt status.

Qualifications

• Associate degree is required.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine receiving and shipping activities including transfer of goods and PO matching.
• Enter data and process shipments and USPS bulk mail operations.
• Support 3-way matching and reporting by gathering shipment data.
• Collaborate with operations to align item flow across NYRA locations.
• Assist in resolving queries and escalate complex issues to the Shipping and Receiving Manager.
• Utilize process knowledge to contribute to department improvements.
