Job summary

Atrium Staffing LLC is partnering with a growing consumer products company to hire a Shipping & Receiving Coordinator in New Jersey. This hands-on role supports daily warehouse operations—receiving shipments, coordinating deliveries to internal teams, and preparing outbound shipments while maintaining an organized shipping area.

You must lift up to 50 pounds. Ideal candidates have 2–5 years in shipping/logistics, strong attention to detail, and proficiency with scanners and shipping software.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of shipping, receiving, warehouse, logistics, or related experience.
• Ability to lift and move boxes weighing up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Basic computer skills and comfort using scanners and shipping software.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming packages and shipments.
• Scan and track incoming materials using company systems.
• Deliver received materials to the Quality team.
• Prepare, package, and process outbound shipments.
• Create and manage FedEx shipping labels and shipping documentation.
• Maintain inventory of shipping and packaging supplies.
• Break down, organize, and dispose of packaging materials for recycling or reuse.
• Keep the shipping and receiving area clean, organized, and safe.
