Job summary

Trace3 in Irvine, California is seeking a West regional Services Sales Consultant to originate, shape, and close complex services engagements that drive client outcomes and grow Trace3 services.

This role leads the services sales motion through pre‑sales qualification, framing, and scoping offerings in close partnership with account teams and solution architects in coordination with Services Delivery to ensure engagements are set up for success and tracked against defined client outcomes.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of enterprise, full‑lifecycle project or client management
• Proven success in specialty services sales: prospecting, solution shaping, negotiating, closing high‑value deals
• Excellent oral, written, and presentation skills for C‑level and non‑technical stakeholders
• Strong financial and business acumen including services P&L, margins and deal structuring

Responsibilities

• Lead services opportunities and shape, position, and close large, complex engagements
• Collaborate with account teams to qualify, scope, price, and align with Trace3 offerings
• Own the presales lifecycle end‑to‑end with resources, partners, and delivery teams
• Act as trusted advisor to clients and identify expansion opportunities and follow‑on work
• Provide data‑driven feedback on pipeline health, win/loss drivers, and portfolio improvements
