Job summary

Trace3 is seeking a Senior Regional Director of Engineering in the United States to lead a team of Solution Architects, shaping and executing Trace3's technology strategy. This role partners with regional Sales, Advisory, Innovation, Business Units, and Services to deliver differentiated customer outcomes and regional growth.

The Senior Regional Director brings technical credibility and executive presence to customer engagements, aligning resources to business priorities and expanding Trace3's

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher.
• 15+ years of progressive technical experience.
• 7+ years of management experience.
• Excellent understanding of business environments and IT operations in an enterprise.
• Strong financial and business acumen with cross-functional collaboration.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to C-Level executives.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Solution Architects focused on customer outcomes and technical excellence.
• Drive the presales engineering component of the region's strategy and growth in partnership with regional Sales leadership.
• Align technical strategy with regional priorities and go-to-market opportunities.
• Establish operational consistency across the Solution Architecture team and ensure smooth presales-to-delivery handoffs.
• Serve as a senior escalation point for complex opportunities and executive engagements.
• Foster collaboration with Services, Managed Services, and Project Management to deliver durable client value.
