Job summary

Trace3 is seeking a Sales Director to lead the Sales Team and coordinate with business units to execute our Commercial sales strategy. You will evangelize new business, generate awareness, and grow sales within the region, while mentoring the team to meet financial goals.

Build relationships with customers and technology partners, oversee strategic plans, and ensure total customer experience across engagements. A proactive, results-driven leader is a strong fit.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with a minimum of ten years’ experience in consultative selling/account development for Commercial Enterprise accounts.
• Demonstrated leadership experience and ability to coach and develop a team.
• Proven ability to develop strategic business plans and forecast performance.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue within assigned territory and accounts; support account teams in prospecting and cross-sell.
• Establish strategic/financial goals and plans to meet them.
• Lead, coach, and mentor team members for professional development.
