As a Subject Matter Expert, you will strategize sales initiatives, engage with clients, and guide internal teams to align offerings with client demands.

The role emphasizes value selling, RFx pursuits, and building senior-level relationships, with end-to-end responsibility from discovery to delivery handoff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, marketing, or related field.
• Minimum of 6 years in sales or related field with value selling process.
• Experience selling service-based solutions in a technology context.
• Experience leading RFx pursuits, workshops, and discovery sessions.
• Ability to lead complex service sales strategies and build senior relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead consultative sales to understand client pain points and propose customized solutions.
• Strategize and execute sales plans to meet or exceed targets.
• Act as SME and enable sales teams to align services delivery with offerings.
• Negotiate with clients and maintain CRM, forecasting monthly/quarterly/annual.
