The Services Partner role focuses on growing strategic client relationships, shaping service opportunities, and aligning multi‑practice resources to deliver measurable business value.

You will lead pursuit teams, manage client expectations, and drive sustainable account growth while balancing commercial outcomes with delivery excellence in a consulting

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field; MBA preferred.
• 12+ years in IT, including project management, business analysis, or technology consulting.
• 5+ years leading teams with technical resources.
• Experience closing large, complex services deals.
• Experience building strategic relationships with client leadership.

Responsibilities

• Grow and maintain services engagements and strategic relationships within assigned clients.
• Develop and execute account strategies aligned with priorities, outcomes, and revenue targets.
• Lead cross‑practice teams to align scope, delivery, and economics; monitor portfolio health and client satisfaction.
• Consult with clients to identify opportunities, scope engagements, prepare proposals, and drive pursuit to close.
