Job summary
AHEAD is seeking a Services Partner to expand strategic client relationships and drive growth across technology consulting, managed services, and digital transformation. You will own content for strategic pursuits, orchestrate cross-practice delivery, and balance commercial outcomes with client value.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field; MBA preferred.
- 12+ years in information technology or related client-facing services leadership.
- 5+ years directly managing or leading teams with technical resources.
- Experience negotiating and closing large services deals.
- Experience building relationships with client leadership and internal peers.
- Proven track record in technology consulting and managed services.
Responsibilities
- Grow and maintain services engagements and strategic client relationships.
- Develop and execute account strategies aligned with client priorities and revenue targets.
- Lead pursuit teams and oversee sold services engagements for quality and value.
- Coordinate cross-practice teams to align scope, staffing, delivery, and economics.
- Identify opportunities, shape proposals, and drive opportunities to close.
- Engage senior client leaders on major services initiatives with executive presence.
