Define and lead the service operations strategy for Thermo King’s dealer network.
Design and deploy a scalable Business Operating System (BOS).
Serve as the enterprise leader for service operations, parts, and process design.
Establish national operating standards and metrics to improve productivity and profitability.
Lead best-practice deployment across branches with varying maturity.
Monitor performance and provide actionable recommendations for growth and efficiency.
