Job summary

Trane Technologies is seeking a Services Operations Leader for Thermo King’s company-owned dealer network. You will shape service strategy, standardize execution, and drive profitable growth across service and parts on a national scale.

You’ll lead the BOS deployment, establish operating standards, and align cross-functional teams to deliver sustained business improvement. Expect travel 25–50% to sites nationwide while building a scalable, high-performance organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, Industrial Management, or related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive leadership experience in service operations.
• Experience leading multi-site service organizations across geographically dispersed operations.
• Demonstrated accountability for financial performance including revenue growth and profitability.
• Willingness to travel 25–50% across the United States.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead the service operations strategy for Thermo King's company-owned dealer network.
• Design and deploy a scalable Business Operating System (BOS) for the national services organization.
• Lead enterprise-wide service operations, parts operations, and branch-level performance.
• Establish national operating standards, metrics, and routines to improve productivity and profitability.
• Drive best practices across branches and varied operational maturity levels.
• Analyze service workflows, technician productivity, and branch results to identify growth opportunities.
• Build management reporting and dashboards to enable decision-making and planning.
• Align branch leaders, service managers, and back-office teams around standards and financial objectives.
• Lead integration of acquired dealer locations into a consistent, scalable model.
• Partner with leadership to remove barriers and accelerate strategic initiatives.
• Monitor performance against targets and provide actionable improvement recommendations.
• Provide regular updates on performance, risks, and opportunities.
