Job summary

Trane Technologies is seeking a strategic leader to manage Thermo King Transport Refrigeration SBU logistics. The role collaborates with Enterprise Logistics and Finance teams to align spending with plans, and deliver productivity via price, VA, and continuous improvement projects.

The position requires building strong internal partnerships, coaching plants, and ensuring SBU logistics strategies are executed while reporting to leadership. Onsite Monday–Thursday, with flexible location on Fridays.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in logistics, business, supply chain logistics, engineering or related field.
• 5 to 7 years logistics experience required.
• Demonstrates knowledge of freight payment, spend analytics, financial reporting.
• Demonstrates ability to think strategically and act at the executive level.

Responsibilities

• Supports the SBU Supply Chain leaders to ensure all SBU logistics initiatives and strategies succeed.
• Manages global freight spend, inbound/outbound, compliance, and import.
• Links carrier invoices with Enterprise Logistics data analytics and SBU spend.
• Reports on logistics inflation, mitigates and recovers impacts.
• Engages internal stakeholders to capture logistics requirements and capabilities.
