Job summary

Thermo King is seeking a Services Operations Leader to shape service strategy across its company-owned dealer network and drive profitable growth across service and parts.

You will design and deploy a scalable Business Operating System, standardize operating standards, and lead cross-functional teams nationwide; travel 25-50% is expected.

This role requires deep service operations experience, a commercial mindset, and a track record of leading transformation across multi-site environments.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of progressive leadership experience in service operations in a commercial setting.
• Experience in transportation, commercial vehicle, dealership, industrial service, or similar complex service environments.
• Experience designing and deploying best practices, operating disciplines, and performance standards across teams.
• Proven track record leading multi-site service organizations across geographically dispersed operations.
• Accountability for financial performance including revenue growth and profitability.
• Demonstrated success leading organizational change and driving adoption across field operations.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead the service operations strategy for Thermo King's dealer network, focusing on standardization, performance, and growth across service and parts.
• Design, deploy, and continuously improve a scalable Business Operating System to drive consistency and results across the national organization.
• Serve as the enterprise leader and center of excellence for service operations, parts operations, process design, and branch performance.
• Establish and drive national standards, metrics, and routines to improve productivity and customer satisfaction.
• Lead identification and deployment of best practices across branches with varying maturity levels.
• Analyze service workflows, technician productivity, and branch results to identify growth and margin opportunities.
