Job summary

You will collaborate with the Enterprise Logistics Team, SBU leaders, and Finance to align spend with annual plans and drive productivity through value analysis and continuous improvement.

The role requires coordinating with operations, plants and cross-functional teams, coaching on standard work, and ensuring on-time delivery while advancing cost efficiency

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in logistics or a related field is required.
• 5–7 years of logistics experience with freight payment and spend analytics.
• Strong strategic thinking, communication and financial acumen.
• Ability to analyze data and link multiple datasets.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Support SBU leaders to ensure successful logistics initiatives and strategies.
• Manage global freight spend, compliance, and import activities.
• Link carrier invoices, analytics data, and actual spend.
• Report, mitigate, and recover from logistics inflation.
• Collaborate with plant managers, sales, and service teams to capture requirements.
• Coordinate with Enterprise Logistics to align strategy and ensure on-time delivery.
