Job summary

Ivalua is seeking a Services Advisory Lead in New York to guide successful implementations and drive value realization for AMER customers. You will partner with Sales, Solution Consulting, and Alliances to shape delivery strategies and ensure engagements are structured for success.

This role emphasizes advisory leadership, scope management, and close collaboration with cross-functional teams. Hybrid work model and significant travel are part of the opportunity.

Qualifications

• Five or more years in services advisory, services sales, or management consulting in enterprise SaaS or procurement tech.
• Deep understanding of Source-to-Pay domains (Sourcing, Contracting, Procurement, Supplier Management, Accounts Payable).
• Proven success scoping and positioning complex professional services programs with strong commercial sense.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Sales, Solution Consulting, Professional Services, Alliances and partners to define delivery strategies and scope engagements.
• Lead scoping, estimation and SOW creation with PS and Alliance teams.
• Advise executives on implementation readiness, risk mitigation, and value realization.
