Responsibilities

• Architect end-to-end SPM implementations including Demand, Project, Portfolio, Resource, Financial Management, and Strategic Planning Workspaces.
• Design robust integrations between ServiceNow SPM and third-party systems using IntegrationHub, REST/SOAP APIs, and web services.
• Build performance analytics, real-time dashboards, and custom reporting for executive visibility into portfolio health and resource allocation.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to map business requirements into standard ServiceNow features, minimizing unnecessary custom code.

In this role, you will partner directly with PMOs, business leaders, and enterprise architects to design, configure, and scale ServiceNow SPM solutions that align with business goals.

Mandatory Requirement

• Certified Implementation Specialist – Strategic Portfolio Management (CIS-SPM) is STRICTLY MANDATORY.
• Proven track record of hands-on, end-to-end ServiceNow SPM implementations (general administration/development experience alone will not be considered).

Key Responsibilities

• Architectural Leadership: Lead end-to-end SPM implementations, including Demand, Project, Portfolio, Resource, Financial Management, and Strategic Planning Workspaces.
• Integrations & Data Migration: Design robust integrations between ServiceNow SPM and third-party systems (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps, SAP) using IntegrationHub, REST/SOAP APIs, and web services.
• Analytics & Reporting: Build performance analytics, real-time dashboards, and custom reporting to provide executive visibility into portfolio health and resource allocation.
• Stakeholder Governance: Collaborate with senior leadership to map business requirements into standard ServiceNow features, minimizing unnecessary custom code.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of total ServiceNow platform development and architecture experience.
• Deep domain knowledge across PMO processes, ITIL frameworks, Agile, Scrum, and SAFe methodologies.
• Demonstrated ability to lead data migration, platform upgrades, and platform optimization for enterprise clients.
• Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
