Job summary

WinCorp Solutions is seeking a Senior Project Manager to serve as a consultant for a large global financial company located in Irvine, CA. The role requires onsite hybrid work and strong ServiceNow experience.

The Senior TPM will lead planning, execution, and delivery of ServiceNow initiatives across IT and business functions, managing timelines, budgets, risks, and stakeholder engagement for multiple workstreams in a large enterprise environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of IT Project Management experience.
• 3+ years leading ServiceNow projects in large enterprise environments.
• Experience delivering complex ServiceNow implementations or platform transformations.
• Strong understanding of Agile delivery methodologies.
• Experience managing cross‑functional teams and external partners.
• Experience with geographically distributed teams and vendors.
• Proven ability to manage schedules, budgets and executive reporting.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage enterprise ServiceNow projects and programs across IT and business functions.
• Align project priorities with strategic objectives and roadmaps.
• Own timelines, budgets, dependencies, risks, and stakeholder engagement for multiple workstreams.
• Coordinate activities with internal teams, partners, and third‑party vendors.
• Drive governance, scope, issue resolution, and executive escalations.
• Facilitate steering committee and project team meetings.
• Translate business objectives into executable delivery plans with Product Managers.
