Job summary

Programmers.io in the United States seeks an experienced ServiceNow Program Manager to lead the portfolio, roadmap, and governance for enterprise ITSM initiatives.

You will drive end-to-end ServiceNow implementations, collaborate with business and technical teams to define priorities, and ensure on-time delivery, budget adherence, and platform optimization. Strong stakeholder management and governance experience are required.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of IT experience with 3+ years in ServiceNow portfolio/program management.
• Hands-on experience leading ServiceNow implementations.
• Strong knowledge of ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, SPM/ITBM, and platform governance.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams and executive stakeholders.
• ServiceNow certifications (CSA/CIS) preferred.
