Job summary

Accenture is seeking a ServiceNow Ecosystem Business Development Director to lead growth across ServiceNow offerings, including AI native workflows, and to collaborate with clients, ServiceNow leadership, and Accenture account teams to shape opportunities.

The role centers on originating and advancing co-sell opportunities, building executive relationships, developing ROI narratives, and guiding workshops, with 25%–50% travel. Strong focus on enterprise tech transformation and industry solutions.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in business development, sales, alliance, or consulting.
• 10+ years in complex pursuit management and opportunity development.
• Experience selling enterprise technology transformation with ServiceNow.
• Strong understanding of AI, analytics, data, customer experience, or cybersecurity.
• Proven executive relationship management skills.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (min 12 years) work experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute joint Accenture-ServiceNow growth strategies and co-sell motions.
• Build executive relationships with ServiceNow and Accenture leadership.
• Originate opportunities involving ServiceNow Platform capabilities.
• Drive pipeline growth with leadership teams and workshops.
• Develop business cases and ROI narratives tied to business outcomes.
• Position Accenture as the preferred transformation partner.
