Job summary

Accenture in the United States seeks an experienced ServiceNow Ecosystem Business Development Director to drive strategic growth across the ServiceNow business. You will originate, shape, and advance opportunities centered on AI-native workflows while engaging C-suite clients and ServiceNow leadership.

You will lead executive workshops, craft business cases, and build executive relationships to accelerate pipeline growth and joint offerings. Travel 25%–50% is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8+ years of business development, sales, alliance, or consulting experience.
• Minimum 10+ years of complex pursuit management and opportunity development experience.
• Experience selling or shaping enterprise technology transformation programs with ServiceNow capabilities.
• Strong understanding of AI, analytics, data, customer experience, or cybersecurity solutions.
• Proven executive relationship management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute joint Accenture-ServiceNow growth strategies and co-sell motions.
• Build executive relationships with ServiceNow PDMs, Customer Engineers, Industry Leaders, and Account Teams.
• Originate opportunities involving ServiceNow Platform capabilities.
• Drive pipeline growth with Accenture and ServiceNow leadership.
• Lead executive workshops, innovation sessions, and value realization discussions.
• Develop business cases and ROI narratives aligning tech investments to outcomes.
• Influence ServiceNow leadership to position Accenture as the preferred transformation partner.
• Create differentiated industry solutions and joint offerings aligned to ServiceNow priorities.
• Enable Accenture and ServiceNow field teams on joint value propositions and strategic growth plays.
