Job summary

Accenture is seeking a ServiceNow Delivery Lead Manager to oversee successful delivery of ServiceNow solutions in a client consulting environment. You will develop on the ServiceNow platform for clients and stay current with new offerings.

The role requires strong process orientation, collaboration with SMEs, and experience with enterprise software and consulting. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years knowledge and experience working with or implementing ServiceNow.
• Completed Certification - ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
• Minimum of 1 ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certification.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience with MS Project.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Project Management/Delivery or certification in project management.

Responsibilities

• Lead consulting engagements from post sales stage to successful delivery of the project in terms of scope, deliverables, budget, client satisfaction and achievement of required business outcomes.
• Manage all aspects of project delivery and solution delivery.
• Lead and manage the implementation project team.
• Prepare all client facing and internal deliverables such as project plan, issues/risk register and weekly status reports.
• Identify opportunities to provide additional value to our clients and to work internally with the ServiceNow account teams to progress.
• Drive the continuous improvements of our implementation methodology and service offerings based on client experiences.
