Qualifications

Minimum 5 years knowledge and experience with or implementing ServiceNow.
CSA certification and CIS certification are preferred.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required.
PMP or CSM certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

Lead consulting engagements from post-sales to successful delivery, ensuring scope, deliverables, budget and client satisfaction.
Manage all aspects of project and solution delivery; lead the project team.
Prepare client-facing and internal deliverables (project plan, risk/issue register, weekly status).
Identify opportunities to add value and collaborate with ServiceNow account teams.
Improve delivery methodologies and services based on client experiences.
