Job summary

Accenture is seeking a ServiceNow Delivery Lead Manager responsible for successful delivery of ServiceNow solutions in a client consulting environment. You will lead post-sales engagements, manage cross-functional teams, and drive project governance and client satisfaction.

Travel may be required up to 100% depending on client needs. You should have deep ServiceNow experience, CSA certification, CIS credentials, and a strong PM/Delivery background with MS Project proficiency.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years knowledge and experience with or implementing ServiceNow.
• CSA certification is required.
• CIS certifications are required.
• Minimum 3 years of MS Project experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of PM/Delivery experience or a PM certificate.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (12 years total).

Responsibilities

• Lead consulting engagements from post-sales through successful delivery including scope, deliverables, budget, client satisfaction, and business outcomes.
• Manage all aspects of project and solution delivery.
• Lead and manage the implementation project team.
• Prepare client-facing and internal deliverables such as project plan, issues/risk register and weekly status reports.
• Identify opportunities to provide additional value and coordinate with account teams.
• Drive improvements to implementation methodology and service offerings based on client experience.
• Demonstrated ability to influence and advise sponsors and stakeholders on governance and project management.
